Arrival Brief

The whole post-purchase day, already sorted.

A calm overview groups every active Order Story into four durable questions: what needs attention, what arrives next, which returns or refunds are moving, and what was recently completed.

Needs attentionLate, stalled, damaged, missing, or waiting on you
Arriving nextExpected deliveries in the order they matter
Returns and refundsDeadlines, hand-offs, replacements, and money due back
Recently completedDelivered, refunded, resolved, and ready to remember

One Order Story

Every event stays connected to the purchase that caused it.

An order is not finished when the tracking number appears. Arrivals connects merchant and item details, messages, carrier scans, delivery, a return, a replacement, and the final refund into one readable, revision-safe history.

  • Evidence and source timestamps stay visible
  • Multiple shipments and replacements remain part of one story
  • Legacy tracking records are preserved during migration
  • Standalone Arrivals and Halo open the same shared story

Arrival Radar

See what is moving—and what has quietly stopped.

Arrival Radar watches active Order Stories for stale scans, missed windows, hand-off failures, unexpected delivery states, return deadlines, and refunds that have not landed. Every signal explains why it matters and the next safe step.

Prepared actions

A problem becomes a next step, not another status page.

When something needs attention, Arrivals prepares the useful work while keeping consequential actions under your control.

Understand the exception

See the last confirmed event, source, confidence, and why the story is considered late, stalled, misrouted, or incomplete.

Prepare the response

Draft a merchant or carrier message, collect the order evidence, set a reminder, or begin a return workflow.

Review before acting

Kahvor does not take consequential action without your approval or an automation you explicitly configured.

Keep the resolution connected

The replacement, return, or refund stays in the same Order Story instead of becoming a disconnected task.

Purchase memory

Remember what you bought long after the box is gone.

Search by merchant, item, date, tracking number, message, return, or refund. Sensitive arrivals can be hidden from shared surfaces, and memory remains visible and removable.

Ask in context

“Where is the replacement?”, “Did that refund arrive?”, and “When did I buy this?” are answered from the permitted Order Story, with supporting evidence kept in view.

Share deliberately

Share an arrival or a complete story with a person or Space without exposing unrelated mail, personal Memory, or other purchases.

Lifecycle

From order to refund, one connected history.

The tracking core is in development today. Return and refund intelligence is clearly marked as planned until those workflows meet the same reliability bar.

Choose which post-purchase moments are worth an interruption.

12Planned

Return awareness

Return eligibility and return deadlines surfaced from the order, so a return window never closes unnoticed.

13Planned

Replacement tracking

Replacement shipments stay connected to the original order and the conversation that caused them.

14Planned

Refund intelligence

Refund confirmations matched to their orders, and pending refunds flagged when they take too long.

Kahvor Arrivals reads order and tracking information from connected sources and supports tracking numbers from major carriers. Kahvor does not claim carrier partnerships. Carrier detail varies by source; Arrivals shows when status was last confirmed and never invents movement or certainty.

Standalone and connected

A focused Arrivals app, or Arrival Intelligence inside Halo.

Use the standalone app when you want a dedicated post-purchase surface. Use Arrival Intelligence in Halo when the Order Story should stay connected to its email, calendar, Spaces, and Memory. Arrival Intelligence is included inside applicable Halo plans. Kahvor Arrivals is also available as a standalone app for customers focused on orders, packages, returns, and refunds. Entitlements are resolved by the Kahvor service for the signed-in account.

Privacy and connections

Useful context without pretending every source is equal.

Arrivals can discover order evidence from connected mail and accept tracking numbers you add. Source records, visibility boundaries, and sensitive-arrival controls travel with the story.

Grounded status

Carrier events, merchant messages, and user-entered details remain attributable. Stale or unavailable information is labeled instead of smoothed over.

Controlled sharing

Personal and shared Order Stories remain separate. Revocable shares expose only the story and evidence you selected.

Questions

Kahvor Arrivals, clearly explained.

What is Kahvor Arrivals?

Kahvor Arrivals is post-purchase intelligence for orders, packages, returns, replacements, refunds, and purchase memory. It connects those events into one Order Story instead of treating each tracking number as a separate package.

Is Kahvor Arrivals the same product as Kahvor Delivery?

Kahvor Arrivals is the new customer-facing name for the standalone product previously called Kahvor Delivery. Existing app links and compatible identifiers continue to work during the transition.

How is the standalone app different from Arrivals in Halo?

The standalone app is a focused post-purchase workspace. Arrivals in Halo connects the same Order Story to the mail, calendar, Spaces, and Memory already in Halo. Both use the same Kahvor identity and shared data model.

Does Arrivals invent carrier status or delivery dates?

No. Arrivals preserves source evidence, shows when information was last confirmed, and reports only the certainty the connected source provides.

Can Arrivals act without me?

Kahvor does not take consequential action without your approval or an automation you explicitly configured.

Everything after checkout, handled with context.
